I went in for an oil change and to have my car battery replaced. My service advisor kept me informed of all the progress of my vehicle. Kept me up to date on everything and also offered the Uber/lyft services.

Oil change & tire rotation
Madison Klementz was my service advisor & she was amazing, I received her help in resetting my controls on the air conditioner & steps. She was very knowledgeable & seemed so happy to help me!!
She is definitely an asset to Chapman’s!
